Dossier is in Ethiopia

As of May 20th, our Dossier (a stack of papers about 2 inches thick, 4 months in the gathering, and a few thousand dollars in the acquiring) is on a desk in Ethiopia. From there, it typically takes 3-5 months for a referral, which is a photo and medical report of a child(ren) that have been matched with us. So..............................................
